Joseph Echols of Peoria, born April 23, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona left to be with Jesus unexpectedly on Thursday September 1, 2016 He was preceded in death by his loving parents Charles and Mary Echols, his ex-wife Patty and his son Joseph Lancaster Jr.

Joe was known to be a person with a big heart, a good sense of humor, and smiling eyes. His was kind, loving and full of life. He was an outdoorsman by nature, who love hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. He loved teaching his grandchildren about fishing and...

Joe was known to be a person with a big heart, a good sense of humor, and smiling eyes. His was kind, loving and full of life. He was an outdoorsman by nature, who love hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. He loved teaching his grandchildren about fishing and camping. He loved spending time with his family, and he liked to go do fun things. He was adventurous and skilled in many areas. He would do anything for the ones he loved. He had great character, optimism, and joy in his heart when he was feeling well. He is survived by his children April, Josh, Jason, Marissa, Amber, and Jeremy Echols. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, his sister Glenda Schenk, 5 brothers and their spouses Chuck, Mike, Rick & Mary, Brian & Ronni, and Stephen Echols.
